What is your return policy?

Are all of your gaming products compatible with New Zealand systems?

Yes! Everything we sell is compatible with NZ consoles unless otherwise stated with corresponding region eg. (NTSC) - America

Are all products sold by Pixel Paradise tested?

All products sold at Pixel Paradise are tested and working. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us, and we will promptly resolve the matter.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently offer a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within New Zealand but maybe in the future!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping processing time will vary depending on the product. Please check the the product page for unique shipping information. Your order may also be split for multiple deliveries.
