God of War - PS4

God of War is a soft reboot of the action game series, now set in Norse mythology. Kratos and his son Atreus embark on a dangerous journey to scatter his wife's ashes. The game features a third-person camera, combat with the Leviathan Axe and shield, and Atreus' abilities. Kratos can use Spartan Rage for powerful attacks. Puzzle solving and exploration yield experience points and silver for upgrades. Gear can be purchased and enhanced at shops, and the game offers side activities and tasks in a semi-linear world.
