Mario Kart DS - Nintendo DS

Mario Kart DS is a racing game with 16 new tracks and 16 tracks from previous games split into Nitro and Retro Grand Prix. Players can choose from 8 racers with two go-karts each, and unlock more characters and karts. New items like the Blooper squid and Bullet Bill power up add to the gameplay. The game supports online play through Nintendo's WiFi service, allowing players to challenge others in Grand Prix mode. Battle mode features 8-player support with two modes: Balloon Battle and Shine Runners. Mission Mode offers single player objective-based missions on race tracks. Local wireless multiplayer is available for up to 8 players, with the option for non-owners to join using Download & Play.
